  • 1-2 weekly Zoom sessions (45-50 min) for real-time coaching and accountability
  • Personalized training program updated every 6-12 weeks based on progress
  • Injury-aware movement selection designed to restore confidence and avoid setbacks
  • Goal setting + performance tracking customized to your sport, job, or lifestyle
  • Fitness assessments based on your needs: pain-free range, balance, posture, etc.
  • Nutrition support—from full macro targets to basic diet audits
  • Technique video reviews (as needed) for solo practice between sessions

All delivered remotely, using as much or as little equipment as you have.

    We'll discuss your goals, injury history, pain triggers, prior treatment, and what *success* looks like for you. (No pressure, just clarity.)

  • Pre-Training Questionnaire + Goal Agreement

    You'll complete a form summarizing our consult, defining your goals, and setting the foundation for your program.

  • First Month of Coaching

    You'll train with me 1-2x per week via Zoom, rebuilding your confidence and refining movements that get results—without pain.

  • Long-Term Plan

    We'll assess your progress every 6-12 weeks, update your program, and adjust support based on how your body responds.
