We'll discuss your goals, injury history, pain triggers, prior treatment, and what *success* looks like for you. (No pressure, just clarity.)
You'll complete a form summarizing our consult, defining your goals, and setting the foundation for your program.
You'll train with me 1-2x per week via Zoom, rebuilding your confidence and refining movements that get results—without pain.
We'll assess your progress every 6-12 weeks, update your program, and adjust support based on how your body responds.
