“Conrad helped me get back in to the gym after a bad neck injury and months of physio. I found that his friendly approach and willingness to educate me on the methods of training he uses made me better understand my body, how to train effectively and it meant I saw great results quickly. The program he designed for me was simple and easy for me to follow on my own and I really valued the way he would add to that program after each PT session. This meant that I didn’t become bored with my workout as it constantly progressed as my strength and ability increased.
